Crystal Clear Media is managed by Nick Sheppard, a highly experienced and skilled communications and media relations specialist.
Since establishing Crystal Clear Media in 2006, Nick’s assignments have included media relations adviser to the Attorney General, media relations manager for the Rural Payments Agency, communications adviser to the African Development Bank and media relations manager for the Technology Strategy Board. He remains media relations consultant to the Technology Strategy Board, where he works regularly with innovative, technology-based businesses of all sizes and across all sectors.
Previously, Nick was head of media and public affairs training at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London and then Communications Director for the British Government in South Africa, for four years. He was also Communications Director for the Commission for Africa and then senior press officer and spokesperson at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London.
Nick has a record of success devising, developing and driving communications and media relations strategies, both in the UK and overseas. He has a reputation for delivering results. Nick is confident and composed when dealing with the media, including handling live TV and radio interviews and debates. He has considerable expertise planning and managing media events and has many years experience handling the media at times of crisis, dealing sensitively with complex, technical and difficult issues.
